【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheconditionsforobtainingreproducibleandcomparablemeasurementresultsoflevelsandspectraofnoiseemittedbyallkindsofvehiclesoperatingonrailsorothertypesoffixedtrack,hereinafterconventionallycalled"train",exceptfortrackmaintenancevehiclesinoperation.Thisstandardisapplicablefor:—typetesting;—periodicmonitoringtesting.Theresultsmaybeused,forexample:—tocharacterisethenoiseemittedbythesetrains;—tocomparethenoiseemissionofvariousvehiclesonaparticulartracksection;—tocollectbasicsourcedatafortrains.ThetestproceduresspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardareofengineeringgrade(grade2,withaprecisionof±2dB),thatisthepreferredonefornoisedeclarationpurposes,asdefinedinENISO12001.Theproceduresspecifiedforacceleratinganddeceleratingtestsareofsurveygrade.NOTE1Althoughthisstandardisforcharacterisingnoiseemissionforvehicles,thewheel-railrollingnoiseoftencontainsasignificantandsometimesdominantnoisecontributionfromthetrack.NOTE2ThisStandardaimstospecifytheconditionsforobtainingreproducibleandcomparablemeasurementresultsofnoiseemittedbyrailboundvehiclesandthemethoddescribedmayalsobeusedtomonitorthenoiseemissionsinordinarytraffic.Inthelattercaseitisnotnecessarythattrackandvehicleconditionsfulfiltherequirementsdescribedinthestandard.Thereforetheresultsofsuchtestsareonlyrepresentativeofa"particular"situation.
