【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesstrategies,technicalrequirements,andrecommendedpracticesforthemanagementofnormalageingofcablingsystemsthatareimportanttosafetyinnuclearpowerplants.ThemainrequirementsarepresentedinthebodyofthisInternationalStandardfollowedbyanumberofinformativeannexeswithexamplesofcabletestingtechniques,procedures,andequipmentthatareavailableforthenuclearindustrytousetoensurethatageingdegradationwillnotimpactplantsafety.ThisInternationalStandardcoverscablesandtheiraccessories(e.g.,connectors)installedinnuclearpowerplants(insideandoutsidethecontainment).Itprovidesrequirementstoperformcabletestingforthepurposesofpredictivemaintenance,troubleshooting,ageingmanagement,andassuranceofplantsafety.ItisconcernedwithInstrumentationandControl(I&C)cables,signalcables,andpowercablesofvoltageslessthan1kV.Morespecifically,thisInternationalStandardfocusesonin-situtestingtechniquesthathavebeenestablishedfordeterminingproblemsincableconductors(i.e.,copperwire)and,toalesserextent,oninsulationmaterial(i.e.,polymer).ItfollowstheIEC62342standardon“ManagementofAgeing”thatwaspreparedtoprovidegeneralguidelinesformanagementofageingofI&Ccomponentsinnuclearpowerplants,includingcables.ItshouldbepointedoutthatcabletestingtechnologiesareevolvingandnewmethodsarebecomingavailablethatarenotcoveredinthisInternationalStandard.Morespecifically,thisInternationalStandardcoverstypicalcabletestingmethodsthathavebeeninuseinthenuclearpowerindustryoverthelastdecade.Itshouldalsobepointedoutthatasinglecabletestingtechniqueisunlikelytoprovideconclusiveresults,andareliablediagnosisnormallyrequiresacombinationoftechniques.
