【摘要】:1GeneralScopeTheALERT-Cprotocolisdesignedtoprovidemostlyevent-orientatedroadend-userinformationmessages.Many"hooks"havebeenleftforfuturedevelopmentandindeedafewstatus-orientatedroadend-userinformationmessageswereincluded.ThisprotocolisdesignedtobecloselylinkedtotheALERT-Plusprotocol,whichisspecificallydesignedforstatus-orientatedroadend-userinformation;bothprotocolsmaybeavailableinthesameRDStransmission.TheALERT-PlusprotocolisspecifiedinENV12313-4.2ContentThepresentationsectionoftheALERT-Cprotocolspecifiesmessagesthatmaybepresentedtotheuserinaccordancewiththegeneralrequirementssetoutabove.Itdefinesthemessagestructureandcontent,anditspresentationtotheend-user.RDS-TMCmessagesarelanguage-independent,andcanbepresentedinthelanguageoftheuser'schoice.TheALERT-CprotocolutilisesastandardisedEventList(ENISO14819-2)ofeventmessageswiththeircodevalues,whichalsoincludesgeneraltrafficproblemsandweathersituations.ALERT-Cdefinestwocategoriesofinformationwithinmessages:basicandoptionalitems.Inprinciple,basicinformationispresentinallmessages.Optionalinformationcanbeaddedtomessageswherenecessary.StandardRDS-TMCusermessagesprovidethefollowingfivebasicitemsofexplicit,broadcastinformation:1.Eventdescription,givingdetailsofroadeventsituation,generaltrafficproblemsandweathersituations(e.g.congestioncausedbyaccident)andwhereappropriateitsseverity(e.g.resultingqueuelength).2.Location,indicatingthearea,roadsegmentorpointlocationwherethesourceoftheproblemissituated.3.DirectionandExtent,identifyingtheadjacentsegmentsorspecificpointlocationsalsoaffectedbytheincident,andwhereappropriatethedirectionoftrafficaffected.4.Duration,givinganindicationofhowlongtheproblemisexpectedtolast.5.Diversionadvice,showingwhetherornotend-usersarerecommendedtofindandfollowanalternativeroute.OptionalinformationcanbeaddedtoanymessageusingoneormoreadditionalRDSdatagroups.Thisoptionaladditioncangivegreaterdetailorcandealwithunusualsituations.Anynumberofadditionalfieldscaninprinciplebeaddedtoeachbasicmessage,subjectonlytoamaximummessagelengthoffiveRDSdatagroups.3MessageManagementThemessagemanagementcomponentdealswiththemessagemanagementfunctionsofRDS-TMC.TheALERT-Cprotocoldistinguishesbetweenusermessagesandsystemmessages.Usermessagesarethosepotentiallymadeknowntotheend-user,asdefinedinthepresentationsection.SystemmessagesareofuseonlytotheRDS-TMCterminal,formessagemanagementpurposes.4TransmissionThetransmissioncomponentconveysthemessagesover-air.TheALERT-Cprotocol,whichRDS-TMCuses,retainsthefundamentalapproachofearlierwork,whichaimstocodemostmessagesentirelywithinasingleRDSgroup.RDS-TMCinformationcomprisesboth'systeminformation'and'usermessages'.SysteminformationrelatestotheparticularTMCservice,anddetailstheparametersthattheterminalneedstobeabletofindidentifyanddecodetheTMCinformation.Systeminformationistransmittedintype3Agroupsandintype8Agroups.Usermessagescontainthedetailsofthetrafficevents;thesemayuseoneormoretype8Agroups.Mostmessagesmaybetransmittedusingasingletype8Agroup,howevermessageswithmoredetail(e.g.diversionadvice)mayuseuptoatotaloffive,type8Agroups.5EventListTheALERT-CEventListcontainsalleventdescriptions.ItisdescribedinENISO14819-2.
