【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardprovidesguidanceon,andrecommendationsfor,theinvestigationofpotentiallycontaminatedlandorlandwithnaturallyenhancedconcentrationsofpotentiallyharmfulmaterials,todetermineormanagetheensuingrisks.Itcovers:—settingtheobjectivesofaninvestigation;—settingastrategyfortheinvestigation;—designingthedifferentphasesoftheinvestigation;—samplingandon-sitetesting;—laboratoryanalysis;—reporting;inordertoobtainscientificallyrobustdataonsoil,groundwater,surfacewaterandgroundgascontamination.Itisintendedforusebythosewithsomeunderstandingoftherisk-basedapproachtositesandsiteinvestigations.Therelevantguidanceandrecommendationswithinthisstandardshouldbeselectedtoensurethattheobjectivesofaninvestigationareachievedandthatadequatedatafortheriskassessmentareobtained.However,itisnotfeasibletoprovidedetailedguidanceforeverypossibleinvestigationscenario.ThisBritishStandarddoesnotgiverecommendationsoncertainconstraintsorproblemsthatcanaffectasite,suchasgeotechnicalaspects,[whicharecoveredbyBS5930(see7.2)],orthelegalaspects,includingtheneedforlicences,permits,etc.Itdoesnotincludeanyproceduresfortheformalassessmentofthepotentialrisksposedbycontaminatedland.However,attentionisdrawntotheguidancepublishedbyCIRIAinSP103[11]andCIWEM[47].NOTETheHandbookofModelProcedures[12]whichisintheprocessofdevelopmentbytheDETRandtheEnvironmentAgency,willalsobeasourceofguidanceonriskassessmentwhenpublished.Whenrelevant,thisstandardcanbeusedinconjunctionwithotherstandardsandcodesofpracticeforcombinedinvestigations,suchasinconjunctionwithgeotechnicalinvestigations.

适用范围
本标准规定了标准轨距铁道客车的基本要求、材料要求、各部结构与性能、涂装、标记以及试验方法与检验规则。本标准适用于构造速度不大于200kg/h的标准轨距铁路新造一般用途全金属车体的座车、卧车、行李车、邮政车、餐车、发电车和合造车。公务车、卫生车、维修车、试验车等特种用途车及其他有特殊要求的客车，亦可参照使用。
